The CONtinuous-Time System IDentification (CONTSID) toolbox is intended to fill the lack of available toolboxes dedicated to continuous-time (CT) model identification. The CONTSID toolbox contains routines for the direct CT model identification of linear time-invariant SISO, MISO and MIMO systems from regularly or irregularly sampled input/output data. The toolbox is compatible with Matlab 7.x and has been given a similar setup to the Mathwork's System Identification toolbox.

The continuous-time identification code is in the CONTSID Toolbox
